About these terms
These terms cover use of the Multivers Creation website and enquiries made through it. A project’s signed agreement or accepted written proposal sets its commercial scope. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Project scope and approvals
Before work begins, confirm deliverables, schedule, price, payment milestones, revision rounds and responsibilities in writing. Changes to scope or additional revisions should be agreed separately. Website examples and introductory discussions do not by themselves establish a final project specification.
Materials and intellectual property
Only provide materials you own or have permission to use. Ownership, licensing, editable source files and handover arrangements for commissioned work depend on the agreed project terms. Fonts, stock media, software and other third-party assets may carry separate licences. Viewing portfolio work does not grant permission to reproduce it, and third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Use online payment only for an agreed project or invoice, and check the amount, currency and reference before paying. Payment-provider conditions also apply. Contact order@multiverscreation.com promptly about an incorrect payment, cancellation or refund request, including the transaction reference. Eligibility and any amount due depend on the agreed project terms, work completed and applicable law; this page does not create a blanket non-refundable payment rule.
Website use
Do not attempt to access private accounts or inboxes, disrupt the website, upload malicious content or use chat to send unlawful or abusive material. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for avoiding disclosure of confidential information you are not authorised to share.
Information and availability
Articles and portfolio descriptions provide general information. Before production or launch, confirm requirements relevant to your own project, including printer specifications and any necessary specialist review. Search rankings, advertising results and business outcomes depend on factors beyond design or development work and are not guaranteed.
