Who this notice covers
This notice explains how Multivers Creation handles information through this website, project enquiries, live chat and online payments. For privacy questions, contact order@multiverscreation.com. It does not replace the privacy notices of services you visit through external links.
Information you provide
You may share your name, email address, phone number, project requirements and other details through email, WhatsApp or live chat. The project brief builder prepares a message for your chosen email or WhatsApp service; you choose whether to send it. Please do not send passwords, card details or sensitive personal documents in a project brief or chat.
Live chat and visitor activity
When you start chat, or allow analytics, the website can create a visitor session and record the page path and recent activity so the studio owner can respond. Chat messages and any name or contact details you supply are stored in the private inbox. A session cookie reconnects your browser to the conversation for up to seven days. A daily hashed network identifier is used to limit abuse. Visitor sessions without messages are removed by the chat service after seven days of inactivity when its cleanup runs. Conversations with messages are not covered by that automatic cleanup.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
Browser storage remembers cookie choices, project preferences and chat state. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are configured on this website. Analytics storage is denied by default until you select Allow analytics; advertising storage and advertising personalisation are configured as denied. Google tags may still send limited cookieless signals when analytics storage is denied. The Only necessary option does not disable services you actively request, such as chat or payment. You can review your choice below or clear this website’s cookies and storage in your browser; clearing storage may reset preferences and chat access.
Why information is used
Enquiry and conversation information is used to respond to questions, prepare project proposals, communicate about work and provide support. Payment references help identify and reconcile transactions. Technical activity and analytics help understand site usage, operate the website and reduce abuse.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting, database and media infrastructure process information needed to deliver the site. Google provides analytics services, PayPal processes supported online payments, and email or WhatsApp handle communications you choose to send through them. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. External websites and social profiles follow their own privacy notices. Our payment integration receives transaction identifiers, status, amount, currency and a project reference; card entry is handled by the payment provider.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries, chat conversations and business records may remain available for ongoing work, support, accounting and dispute handling. Retention depends on the record and applicable obligations; this website does not apply one automatic deletion period to every record. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you shared, or to raise a privacy concern. Please identify the enquiry or conversation involved without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. We may need to verify the request, and some records may need to be retained where applicable obligations require it.
Security and updates
The website uses HTTPS and restricts the private inbox to owner access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. This notice may be updated when website features or information practices change; the date above identifies this version.
